terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms: 1. General Use  All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless a separate commercial agreement is made in writing. I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post, publish, and promote it unless otherwise specified by the client before work begins. You may not alter, trace, edit, or redistribute the artwork without my explicit permission. My artwork, whether finished or in-progress, may not be used in any AI training datasets, machine learning models, generative software, or related platforms. This includes uploading to websites or services that collect data for AI development 2. Payment  Full payment is required upfront before any work begins. Pricing may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, and additional charges may apply for revisions beyond what is initially agreed upon. Once work has commenced, refunds are not available. If I am unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the amount of progress made. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms. 3. Timeframe & Communication  Commissions are typically completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request and my current schedule. I aim to deliver within this timeframe, but delays may occur due to workload or unforeseen circumstances. If there’s any change to the expected delivery date, I will notify you as soon as possible to keep you informed. For updates or questions during the process, please reach out to me via Ko-fi. If I haven’t responded within 48 hours, you’re welcome to follow up through email at [email protected] or contact me on Bluesky (@st4rryred). I appreciate clear and respectful communication and will do my best to respond promptly and professionally.

4. References & Content Guidelines  Before work begins, please provide clear and relevant references to help guide the commission. These can include character sheets, previous artwork, written descriptions, pose examples, or any visual materials that support your request. The more specific and organised your references are, the smoother the process will be. AI-generated images are not accepted as references. They often lack consistency and originality and using them may compromise the integrity of the final artwork. 5. Rights & Credit  When sharing commissioned artwork online, clients must give visible and accurate credit to the artist. This includes tagging or mentioning my handle on platforms where the artwork is posted and clearly stating that I am the creator. Proper credit helps maintain transparency, supports the artist’s work, and ensures that viewers can trace the artwork back to its original source. Credit should be included in captions, descriptions or wherever the artwork appears publicly. You may not claim the artwork as your own, use it for promotional purposes, or present it in a misleading context. 6. NSFW guidelines  I do not accept any commissions that include NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. This includes but is not limited to: Nudity or sexually explicit material, Fetish content, Gore, violence, or disturbing themes. Suggestive poses or themes intended to be erotic Any request that violates this policy will be declined immediately. Repeated violations may result in a permanent refusal of service. I understand that character design can include stylistic elements such as revealing clothing, armour, or fashion-forward outfits that are part of the character’s aesthetic or world-building. Therefore: I do accept commissions featuring characters with revealing clothing, provided the design is not sexually explicit or intended to convey eroticism.Examples of acceptable design choices include: Fantasy armour with exposed areas. Fashion designs with cutouts, crop tops, or high slits. Swimwear or performance outfits (e.g., dancers, athletes). The key distinction is intent: if the character’s pose, expression, or context implies sexual content, the commission will be declined.

about  My name is Viorel, Vio for short. I’m a self-taught artist who’s been drawing since I was a child, mostly for fun and mostly in the back of notebooks but it wasn’t until 2025 that I really decided to take art seriously. This year felt like a turning point, where I finally decided to really put myself out there and do all the things i've always wished to do, not even hesitating for a moment about it.Fire Emblem played a huge role in that shift. I’ve always been drawn to the game’s stunning armour designs and the charm of its characters, but Marth was the one who truly inspired me. Something about his elegance and quiet strength made me want to create characters that felt just as captivating. I’ve had a soft spot for prince archetypes ever since! there’s something romantic and whimsical about them that speaks to me. Maybe it’s the idea of being rescued by someone noble and kind, or maybe it’s just the fantasy of escaping the dullness of everyday corperate life for something more magical.I love mixing softness with bold character design and I’m always experimenting with new techniques. Alear is one of my favourite characters (of all time) and to draw. His design is completely over-the-top, disastrous and that’s exactly why I love it. He’s charismatic, a little ridiculous, and full of personality. That kind of energy is what I try to capture in my own work. Right now, I’m focused on improving my design and composition skills. I spend a lot of time studying artists I admire and trying to understand what makes their work so compelling. My long-term goal is to make art my full-time career and eventually sell at artist alleys in conventions. It’s a big dream, but I’m slowly working toward it.As for me personally, I’d say I’m witty and playful but also a bit structured. I like having a plan, even if I don’t always stick to it. I’ve been through a lot emotionally and while I won’t get into the details, I try to stay grateful and find joy in the small things. I’m also pretty shy, especially when it comes to reaching out to artists I admire. I might come off as clingy sometimes but it’s never meant to be weird. I just find people who create beautiful art really fascinating and I love connecting over shared interests. I’m always happy to chat about Fire Emblem, Alear and my original characters.

Favourite Characters  they are all prince related btw...

Alear is the Divine Dragon of Elyos, awakened from a thousand-year slumber to confront the Fell Dragon. As a royal figure with a gentle heart and striking red and blue hair, Alear balances divine power with human vulnerability, leading allies with sincerity and growing into his role as a hero.
